UX/UI Designer Needed for Live App - Figma Improvements

We’re looking for a UX/UI designer to improve two specific parts of our live mortgage web app. The product is already built and used by borrowers, brokers, and service providers. We need clean, practical, developer-ready Figma designs that fit into our existing dashboard style. Work will be done in our existing Figma file. What we need designed 1. AI Outcome Summary Card When a broker uploads a mortgage outcome document, such as a DIP, pre-approval, or final offer, the system will generate an AI summary. We need a simple, professional card that sits directly under the uploaded document and shows: Short AI summary Key mortgage terms Conditions / next steps Important warning Actions: Edit, Regenerate, Mark as Reviewed The design should be minimalist, clear, and trustworthy. 2. Document Checklist Management The platform currently creates a borrower document checklist automatically. In reality, brokers often need to add, remove, or edit required documents depending on the case. We need a simple interface that lets service providers: Add a required document Remove/hide a document that is not needed Edit a document name or description Clearly show what the borrower needs to upload Distinguish system-created documents from manually added ones Requirements Strong UX/UI portfolio with real SaaS or product apps Excellent Figma skills Experience with dashboards, admin panels, or document workflows Ability to simplify complex workflows Comfortable working inside an existing Figma file Fast communication and quick iteration Deliverable Updated, developer-ready Figma designs for these two features. This is not a full redesign - we need focused, practical UX/UI improvements that developers can build quickly.
