3D Designer Needed for Polycam Floor Plan Rendering (4-Day Turnaround)

Project Overview I’m looking for an experienced 3D designer/visualizer to help transform existing Polycam scans into high-quality, presentation-ready renderings. I have already scanned an interior space using Polycam and can provide exports in multiple formats, including: Mesh Files * OBJ * FBX * GLTF * Other compatible formats Point Cloud Files * PLY * LAS * DXF * Other compatible formats Scope of Work The goal is to take the existing 3D scan and create a series of static, high-resolution renderings from specific camera angles that I will provide. Deliverables * Import and clean up Polycam scan data as needed * Set up camera views based on provided directions * Add basic staging/furnishings to the scene (tables, chairs, and other simple furniture elements) * Improve overall presentation quality through lighting, materials, and scene composition * Export multiple high-resolution PNG images suitable for client presentations and marketing materials Requirements * Experience working with Polycam scans, point clouds, or photogrammetry assets * Strong proficiency in Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or similar 3D software * Ability to clean up scan geometry when necessary * Experience creating realistic architectural or interior visualizations * Strong eye for composition, lighting, and presentation Timeline This project must be completed within 4 days of project kickoff.
