Upwork Job Title: UI/UX Designer Needed for Trust-First Hiring Platform MVP in Figma Job Description: I am looking for a strong UI/UX designer to design the MVP for Jobnod, a UK-based trust-first hiring platform that helps customers hire verified professionals, freelancers, tradespeople and service providers safely. This is not a simple lead-generation marketplace. Jobnod is built around trust, verification, clear contracts, protected payments, proof-backed work and fair reviews. Think of it as a mix of Upwork, Stripe, Uber and Monzo — professional, clear, safe and easy to use. I already have a detailed user flow blueprint and platform structure. I now need a designer who can turn this into a clean, modern, clickable Figma prototype. What needs designing: The platform has three main sides: 1. Customer side Customers should be able to search for verified providers, view profiles, request services, review quotes, agree contracts, fund protected payments, review proof of work and leave reviews. 2. Provider side Providers should be able to sign up, complete verification, upload documents, create services, manage job requests, send quotes, submit proof of work and track earnings. 3. Admin side Admins should be able to review provider applications, approve documents, manage disputes, monitor protected payments, moderate reviews and manage platform safety. Scope for the first phase: For the first phase, I want a strong clickable MVP prototype, not every possible edge case. The priority screens are: Landing page Signup and login flow Customer dashboard Search results Provider profile Job request form Chat/quote screen Contract review Protected payment screen Active job tracker Proof review Provider onboarding checklist Identity/document upload screens Create service flow Provider dashboard Admin dashboard Provider approval queue Provider application detail Document review Dispute queue Dispute detail Around 45–55 key screens should be enough for the first clickable prototype. Design style: The design should feel: Trustworthy Clean Professional Modern Friendly British in tone SaaS-style, but not cold or corporate Clear enough for non-technical users Please avoid generic marketplace designs, messy dashboards or over-decorated Dribbble-style work. The main feeling should be: **“I trust this platform with my money and job.”** Figma requirements: Please build the file properly with: Design system page Colour styles Text styles Button components Input components Cards Badges Status pills Tables File upload components Modals Toast/alert states Customer, provider and admin sidebars Clickable prototype links Clean naming and organised pages The desktop design should be done first, ideally around 1440px wide. Mobile can be discussed as a second phase.
