UI/UX Designer & AI-Powered Front-End Builder (Web & Mobile)

About Us We are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer who can do more than create beautiful designs. We want someone who can leverage modern AI-powered development tools to rapidly transform designs into working front-end functionality and collaborate closely with our engineering team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of Hamlet, ensuring consistency, usability, and quality across both web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities UI/UX Design Review and improve existing user experiences across web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs. Identify usability issues and propose improvements based on best practices and user behavior. Establish and maintain a consistent design language and design system. AI-Assisted Front-End Development Utilize AI development tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or similar) to convert approved designs into working front-end implementations. Create development branches and submit clean, documented work for developer review. Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth handoff and continuation of development. Rapidly prototype and validate new ideas and features. Design Governance & Quality Assurance Review pull requests (PRs) to ensure adherence to established design standards and UX principles. Work closely with developers to maintain consistency across all customer-facing experiences. Identify design regressions and provide actionable feedback before releases. Help define and enforce UI/UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design practices. Requirements Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows. Experience using AI-powered development tools to accelerate front-end implementation. Understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern front-end frameworks. Ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and developers. Strong attention to detail and passion for creating intuitive user experiences. Experience reviewing code or participating in design QA processes is highly desirable. Nice to Have Experience with React, React Native, Next.js, Flutter, or similar technologies. Experience building and maintaining design systems. Familiarity with SaaS products and agile development environments. Understanding of accessibility standards and mobile-first design principles.
