UI/UX Designer - SaaS Recruitment platform

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX consultant to create comprehensive, developer-ready design specifications for our End-End Recruitment platform SaaS product in Figma. The deliverable should be a complete design system with detailed implementation guidelines that our frontend development team can execute directly without additional design clarification. What We Need Primary Deliverables: Complete UI/UX design in Figma with pixel-perfect specifications Comprehensive design system including components library Detailed implementation guidelines and documentation Developer handoff package with all assets and specifications Responsive design guidelines (Desktop, Tablet, Mobile) Interactive prototypes showing user flows and micro-interactions Specific Requirements: Design System Components Typography system (font families, sizes, weights, line heights) Color palette (primary, secondary, accent, semantic colors with hex codes) Spacing and grid system Icons library Button states and variations Form elements and input fields Navigation components Modal and dialog patterns Card components Data visualization elements Loading states and skeleton screens Error and success states Implementation Documentation Component specifications with exact measurements CSS/styling guidelines Animation and transition specifications Breakpoint definitions for responsive design Accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance) Browser compatibility notes Dark mode/light mode variations (if applicable) Developer Handoff Package Organized Figma file with proper naming conventions Auto-layout and constraints properly configured Exportable assets in required formats (SVG, PNG) Design tokens (if applicable) Redline specifications for critical measurements Annotated wireframes where necessary Style guide document Project Scope specific modules - Dashboard, Vacancies, interviews, Candidates Onboarding, Settings New product design. Must-Have: 5+ years of UI/UX design experience Expert-level proficiency in Figma Strong portfolio showing min 10 SaaS product designs & preferred if Recruitment platform Experience creating developer-ready design systems Understanding of frontend development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles Experience with design handoff tools (Figma Inspect, Zeplin, etc.) Deliverables Checklist: Figma file with complete UI designs (editable source files) Component library with all reusable elements Design system documentation (PDF or online format) Style guide with all specifications Exported assets organized by screen/component Developer handoff notes and annotations Responsive design specifications (3 breakpoints minimum) Design QA checklist for development team What We have: A POC to show the workflow, Existing logo; Sample images for reference only; Approx. 125+screens
