Project overview We’re hiring an experienced UI/UX designer (and ideally brand/visual identity skills) to design Khymora from the ground up — a B2B SaaS platform for hair, beauty, and wellness businesses (salons, locticians, barbers, spas, training academies). Think of it as an “operating system for beauty businesses”: online booking, staff calendar, customer portal, payments, loyalty, email/SMS, marketing campaigns, and optional retail + training — all in one subscription. The product is live and functional, but we want a fresh visual identity and UX — not a polish of what exists today. You’ll propose colors, typography, logo, layout, and component patterns as if this were a new product entering the market. What you’ll design Brand identity — Logo system (mark + wordmark), color palette, typography, icon style, short brand guidelines Marketing website — Landing, pricing, contact, legal pages (desktop + mobile) Web application UI/UX — Three experiences: Business admin portal (~40+ screens) — calendar, CRM, payments, notifications, marketing, settings, etc. Customer portal (~13 screens) — booking flow, appointments, loyalty, shop, training (mobile-first / PWA) Auth & onboarding — Registration, login, business setup wizard Total scope: ~75 documented screens. We’ll phase the work (acquisition flows first, then operations, then advanced features). What we provide A detailed Business Requirements Document (BRD) — every page, menu, action, form field, and plan tier A design brief with industry context, personas, user journeys, and technical constraints Demo access to the live product for context (functionality only — not as design reference) Clear product positioning, pricing tiers (Starter / Growth / Pro), and feature gating rules You won’t need to reverse-engineer the app from scratch. Deliverables we expect 2–3 creative direction territories (mood, palette, type, sample screens) for sign-off Final design system in Figma (components, tokens, spacing, states) Hi-fi mockups for priority screens (phased) Interactive prototype for key flows (signup → onboarding, customer booking) Logo assets (SVG, PNG, PWA/app icon sizes) Dev-ready handoff (specs + exported assets) Ideal candidate Strong portfolio in SaaS, marketplace, or service-business products Experience designing dense admin dashboards and consumer mobile flows in one product Comfortable with beauty/wellness/lifestyle brands (warm, premium, trustworthy — not generic corporate) Figma expert; understands responsive web and PWA patterns Can propose original brand direction (not just reskin existing UI) Bonus: logo design, marketing site copy layout, email template blocks Project details Type: Fixed-price Timeline: Phased; 3-4 weeks Collaboration: Async with periodic review calls; English Implementation: Designs will be built in Next.js + Tailwind by our dev team (you don’t need to code) To apply, please include Links to 2–3 relevant projects (SaaS dashboard + marketing site preferred) Brief note on how you’d approach brand + app for a beauty-industry B2B product Whether you cover logo/brand or UI/UX only Your proposed phasing and timeline About us Khymora is a live platform at khymora.com, serving real beauty businesses.
