Designer for Childrens Educational Training Programs

Designer Needed for 16 Educational Training Programs We are looking for a designer for a learning and development project with 16 structured training programs. Important: We develop all exercises, methods and content ourselves. We are not looking for someone to create the exercises. We need a designer who can take our existing exercises, texts, instructions and materials and turn them into a professional, clean and consistent visual design. Each program contains around 10 to 15 exercises. The programs focus on concentration, attention, coordination, reaction, motor skills, memory and cognitive development. The main goal is to create one unified design style for all 16 programs, so they look like one connected product and not like separate documents with different styles. We need support with educational workbook design, worksheet design, PDF layout, cover pages, exercise pages, material lists, icons, small illustrations, info boxes, page numbers, colors and typography. The design should be modern, clear, friendly and motivating. It should be attractive for children, but also professional and trustworthy for parents, schools and adults. As a first step, we would like to create a small test project: one cover page, 3 to 5 designed exercise pages, basic icons and a clean PDF export. If the result is good, we would like to continue with the full design of all 16 programs. Please send examples of similar work, especially educational workbooks, worksheets, kids learning materials, training programs, exercise sheets or PDF layouts. The content will mainly be in English and German. Communication can be in English or German.
