UX/UI Designer for Hospitality SaaS

I'm looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to help create a clickable Figma prototype for a hospitality software concept. The product is aimed at independent cafes, bakeries, coffee shops, takeaways and small restaurants. The concept is a modern "kitchen companion" that helps operators manage menu items, ingredients, allergens and food costing in a simpler and more intuitive way than traditional hospitality back-office systems. This is NOT a development project. The goal is to create a prototype that can be shown to hospitality operators to validate the concept before any software is built. What I'm Looking For - UX/UI Designer with strong SaaS experience - Experience designing mobile and desktop workflows - Strong product thinking and user-flow design - Figma wireframing and prototyping - Someone who can challenge assumptions and improve the workflow, not just create screens The product combines: - Menu management - Ingredient management - Allergen management - House recipe management - Basic food costing The intended experience is mobile-first for operational tasks and desktop-friendly for administration, reporting and management. I already have a detailed concept, workflow and screen ideas which I will share with shortlisted candidates.
