UI Designer for Ongoing Web & Mobile Projects

We’re looking for a talented and reliable UI designer to become our go-to designer for several upcoming projects and future product work. This is UI-focused work — we are not looking for UX research, user flows, or product strategy. We will provide the requirements, functionality, and direction. Your job is to turn that into clean, polished, professional interfaces. We have multiple projects coming down the pipeline across web applications and mobile apps, and we’d like to build a long-term relationship with one designer who can learn our visual style and work with us consistently. The workload will be part-time and project-based, but responsiveness and reliability are very important to us. What You'll Work On - UI design for web applications - Mobile app UI for iOS and Android - New screens and features for existing products - High-fidelity designs based on provided requirements - Responsive desktop and mobile layouts - Reusable components and consistent design systems - Improving and modernizing existing interfaces - Developer-ready Figma files and handoff - Occasional landing pages and other product-related designs What We're Looking For The ideal person: - Has a strong portfolio of modern web app, SaaS, and mobile UI - Is highly proficient in Figma - Has excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and consistency - Can take requirements, rough sketches, or existing screens and turn them into polished UI - Designs with development and implementation in mind - Creates clean, organized Figma files and reusable components - Can follow an existing visual style while also improving it when needed - Communicates clearly and is responsive - Can work independently and turn around revisions efficiently - Has availability for ongoing part-time work - Is interested in becoming our long-term UI designer - Experience designing B2B & B2C SaaS, dashboards, operational software, or data-heavy applications is a strong plus. How We Work We will generally provide the functionality, requirements, and direction for each project. We need someone who can take that information and translate it into a professional, modern, and highly polished UI. Some weeks may have more work than others, so this isn't necessarily a fixed number of hours every week. We're looking for someone who can work with us consistently as projects arise and be responsive when we need new designs or revisions. There is potential for significant ongoing work for the right person.
