UI/UX Designer for SaaS Website Homepage Redesign (Figma)

We are a SaaS company looking for a senior UI/UX designer to redesign the homepage of our product website. Our current homepage brings in traffic, but it is not converting the way it should. The messaging hierarchy is unclear, our value proposition gets lost, and visitors are not moving toward signing up or booking a demo. We want a homepage that communicates what our product does within the first few seconds and guides visitors toward taking action. The project involves a complete homepage redesign with a strong focus on conversion. We are looking for clear visual hierarchy across the hero section, value proposition, features, social proof, and calls to action. The design should be fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile, and built in Figma using reusable components and consistent styles so it stays scalable as we grow. We also need a developer-ready handoff with clean specs and organized files, since our own team will handle the build. We are looking for someone who understands conversion-focused design rather than just visuals, and who communicates clearly and works reliably to agreed milestones.
