Designer needed to finalize a memorial booklet (PDF, ~24 pages)

I have a memorial/unveiling service booklet that's about 95% finished and needs a designer to do the final polish and add one section. What's included: A complete 23-page PDF (cover, service liturgy in Hebrew/English, family photos) in a clean, elegant style — gold and black palette, serif typography, consistent header treatment throughout. One additional page needs to be added: a song lyrics page ("Your Mother" by Rita Wilson). I'll provide the lyrics directly to the designer — please don't source them yourselves; I have the text ready to share once we connect. What I need: For the document to be formatted into a small brochure format to be handed out at the memorial service. Add the lyrics page in a style that matches the rest of the booklet (similar to the existing text pages — same fonts, gold accent color, header treatment). Light final proofreading/polish pass across the existing pages. Final print-ready PDF, sized for a standard booklet/program print run (please advise on bleed/trim if printing professionally). Turnaround: quick turnaround preferred, ideally within a few days given the nature of the project. Please share examples of similar memorial/event program work if you have it.
