Designer needed — sales deck (PowerPoint) + info memo template (Canva) for municipal partnerships

Project description: Skillboosters is a Dutch vocational training provider helping unemployed job seekers get back to work. We partner with municipalities and the Dutch employment agency (UWV), offering three training tracks: customer service, retail, and hospitality. We're building out our partnership/acquisition materials — used when pitching new municipalities on partnering with us. We will provide all copy — we're looking purely for strong visual design, built as reusable templates, since content (numbers, examples, regional references) changes per municipality and needs to stay editable by us afterward. 1. Sales deck (PowerPoint, ~8-10 slides) Purpose: our core pitch document, used in meetings with municipal contacts and regional employment service points. Covers our proposition, the three training tracks as one portfolio, our pricing model, and results/track record. This must be built as a native, fully editable PowerPoint file (not a Canva export) — we'll update numbers, examples, and regional references ourselves before each meeting, often on short notice. Should feel professional and credible, and support a spoken narrative rather than being dense with text (this gets presented in person). 2. Info memo template (Canva, 2-3 page PDF/document) Purpose: a follow-up document sent by email after an initial call. Unlike the deck, this needs to stand on its own without us present to explain it — it's often forwarded internally to a colleague or manager. More text-driven than the deck, includes a pricing/cost model section with an example calculation, and a results/track record section. Should feel like a credible, professional leave-behind, editable as a Canva template. Both pieces need to share our brand identity (colors, logo, Montserrat font), which we'll provide. What we're looking for: A designer confidently skilled in both PowerPoint and Canva please don't apply if you only work in one of these; the PowerPoint deck must be natively editable with proper use of master slides/layouts, not just visually similar to Canva output Strong sense of visual hierarchy for data-heavy content (pricing tables, results, calculations) Ability to turn data and processes into simple visuals (e.g. cost/savings calculations, step-by-step flows, result charts) rather than relying on text and bullet points alone Experience building genuinely reusable templates (not one-off static designs) Comfortable designing for a professional, government/public-sector audience No specific sector experience required Deliverables: 1x sales deck template (native .pptx file, ~8-10 slides, fully editable, using master slides/layouts) 1x info memo template (Canva, 2-3 pages, editable) PDF exports of both for reference Job type: Fixed-price project Budget: est 400.- Deadline: ASAP To apply, please include: 2-3 examples of previous work in both PowerPoint and Canva, ideally for B2B/B2G or public-sector clients Your experience building reusable/template-based designs (not one-off files) Confirmation you're comfortable working in both programs — please don't apply if you only use one
