UX / UI Designer

Agile is a mobile-first cash optimisation platform helping individuals and businesses put idle cash to work across UK government bonds, money market funds. We are in active build, FCA authorisation in progress, and we need a sharp UX designer to join us now. The immediate task is focused on resolving a set of Figma component states and design token gaps that are currently blocking our React Native engineer. Fast, high-impact work with a clear brief. Beyond that, there is a significant MVP opportunity: onboarding flows, authentication edge states, buy and sell error journeys, motion specification, and help screens. The right designer will own the full product experience through to launch. You will work directly with the founder, a senior investment banking executive with deep fixed income expertise and a strong engineering team. No layers of bureaucracy. Fast decisions.
