Detail-Oriented Assistant Needed to Upload Spanish Exercises Into Website Quizzes - Very Simple.

We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented content assistant to help transfer exercises from our educational documents into our website’s quiz and gamification system. The exercises are already written. We need someone who can carefully copy and past them accurately, and upload them into the correct areas of the website, making sure everything is accurate, clean, and properly formatted. Basic Spanish just to know what you're copying and pasting is a plus. We require eveyryone who work with us to sign a confidentiality agreement. Project Overview: We have Spanish learning exercises in document format that need to be added into our online learning platform. The selected freelancer will help upload exercises such as: Vocabulary practice Multiple-choice questions Fill-in-the-blank activities Matching exercises Sentence-building activities Pronunciation or speaking prompts Review quizzes Gamification activities Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Taking exercises from documents and uploading them into the website Formatting questions, answers, options, and instructions correctly Making sure correct answers are assigned properly Checking accents, spelling, punctuation, and formatting Organizing exercises into the correct lesson, module, or quiz section Testing entries after upload to make sure they display correctly Reporting any unclear items or inconsistencies Working carefully and accurately without rushing through mistakes Important Accuracy is extremely important for this project. This is not just basic copy/paste work. The person must be able to understand instructions, follow structure, and carefully check that each exercise works correctly inside the website. Spanish Is a Plus Spanish knowledge is highly preferred because many exercises include Spanish vocabulary, grammar, accents, and sentence structure. You do not need to be a Spanish teacher, but you should be comfortable recognizing Spanish words and checking basic accuracy.
