ABOUT US We're an ops and AI partner working with high-ticket coaching, info product, and agency businesses. We keep our clients' sales data clean, accurate, and trustworthy — and we hold it to a high standard. THE ROLE This is an entry-level role focused on keeping sales data accurate. To start, the work is mostly manual: entering data, updating dashboards, matching records across systems, and cross-checking numbers so nothing slips. It's not glamorous, but it's the backbone of every decision our clients make. If the data is wrong, the decisions are wrong. You'll work from Loom briefs and written docs, follow a process carefully, use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to work faster and check your own output, and ask smart questions when you're genuinely stuck. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Enter and update sales data across dashboards, trackers, and CRMs - Keep records clean, consistent, and correctly formatted - Cross-check data across CRM, dashboards, and reports, and flag anything that doesn't match - Match leads across systems when records don't line up - Help prepare daily reports and flag anything broken or missing WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Excellent written English (required) - Obsessive attention to detail — you don't make careless mistakes - Comfortable in spreadsheets (Google Sheets at minimum) - Reliable and consistent with repetitive work — no cutting corners - Willing to use AI tools daily to work faster - Clear communicator, proactive about flagging issues - Reliable computer and fast, stable internet NICE TO HAVE - Any knowledge of the coaching, agency, or info product space - Familiarity with CRMs, dashboards, or sales metrics - Data entry or VA experience where accuracy mattered THE DETAILS - 10-15 hours per week, long-term - Flexible scheduling, some overlap with US or UK hours is ideal - Clear path to more hours and pay as you prove yourself TO APPLY Start your message with "SYSTEMS", then tell us briefly why you'd be a strong fit and any relevant experience.
