# DevOps Engineer Needed – Terraform & Terragrunt Modules for Huawei Cloud We are looking for an experienced **DevOps / Cloud Engineer** to build reusable and production-ready **Terraform modules and Terragrunt configurations for Huawei Cloud**. ### Scope The engineer will create Infrastructure-as-Code for: **1. Huawei RDS** * Reusable Terraform module for RDS * Database instance configuration * Networking / VPC / subnet integration * Security groups * Parameters and configuration * Backup settings * High availability options * Outputs required by other Terraform modules **2. Huawei OBS (Object Storage Service)** * Reusable Terraform module for OBS buckets * Bucket configuration * ACL / private-public access configuration * Bucket policies * CORS configuration * Versioning * Encryption options * Custom domain support where applicable * Useful outputs **3. Terragrunt** * Create clean Terragrunt configurations that consume the modules * Support multiple environments such as: * Dev * Test * Production * Use dependencies between modules where required * Keep environment-specific values separate from reusable Terraform code ### Expected Structure The solution should follow a clean structure similar to: ```text terraform-modules/ ├── rds/ │ ├── main.tf │ ├── variables.tf │ ├── outputs.tf │ └── versions.tf │ └── obs/ ├── main.tf ├── variables.tf ├── outputs.tf └── versions.tf infrastructure/ ├── dev/ │ ├── rds/ │ │ └── terragrunt.hcl │ └── obs/ │ └── terragrunt.hcl ├── test/ └── prod/ ``` ### Requirements * Strong Terraform experience * Strong Terragrunt experience * Experience creating **reusable Terraform modules**, not only writing individual `.tf` files * Experience with **Huawei Cloud** * Familiarity with Huawei Cloud Terraform provider * Understanding of RDS, OBS, VPC, subnets, security groups, IAM and cloud security * Clean and maintainable code * Proper variable validation and outputs * No hardcoded environment-specific values * Clear README/documentation with usage examples ### Deliverables * Complete Terraform module for Huawei Cloud RDS * Complete Terraform module for Huawei Cloud OBS * Terragrunt configuration for consuming both modules * Example Dev/Test/Prod configurations * README/documentation * Code must pass `terraform fmt` and `terraform validate` Please include examples of previous **Terraform/Terragrunt work**, especially if you have worked with **Huawei Cloud** before. This is a focused task, but there may be additional Huawei Cloud Terraform modules to build afterward if the work is good.
