Summary

This is a small initial project to set up and review our GitHub repository, branching workflow, and GitHub Actions deployment process. We have a React frontend, backend/API work, SQL Server, and a development server. We need someone to create a safe workflow where code is pushed to feature branches, reviewed through pull requests, merged into a development branch, and automatically deployed to the dev server.
