DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer for multi-tenant Fintech

We're building a multi-tenant, regulated financial platform (crypto + fiat rails, wallets, on/off-ramp, and partner APIs). We need a senior DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to stand up and own our cloud foundation from day one. You'll build our AWS environment (VPC, RDS, ElastiCache, ECS/EKS, CloudFront), CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, observability and alerting, and staging + production environments with solid backup and disaster-recovery. This is security- and reliability-critical work for a platform that moves real customer money, so infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), zero-downtime deploys, and a strong security posture are essential. Plus: prior fintech/payments or other regulated, high-availability environments, plus experience preparing systems for on-call operations. Long-term, foundational role.
