DevOps / Linux Security Expert Needed

We are looking for an experienced Linux/DevOps security specialist for a fixed-scope setup project, followed by ad-hoc (zero-hours) support. Scope & Deliverables ° Server provisioning, OS, hardening. Create production, development, and shared services projects ° Configure networking, VPCs, firewall rules, Cloud NAT, and IAM ° Terraform configuration (Vultr provider) covering: compute instances, firewall rules, reserved IP, object storage buckets, DNS records. Remote state stored in object storage with locking. ° A written architecture proposal covering: VPS sizing, whether PostgreSQL runs self-hosted in Docker or on Vultr Managed Database (with cost/benefit and AWS migration implications), Redis topology, region selection, and the reverse proxy choice (nginx vs Caddy). ° Docker images (Dockerfiles). CI/CD pipeline definition ° An ADR (architecture decision record) file per significant decision, committed to the repo. ° Secrets storage & rotation procedure ° Infrastructure monitoring & alerting ° Confirmed monthly infrastructure cost estimate. Required skills ° PostgreSQL administration and backup strategies ° CI/CD pipeline implementation ° GitHub Actions or similar deployment automation tools ° Cloud networking and security fundamentals ° Portability to AWS
