Your main responsibilities will include: • Leading the development of the company’s new solutions, whether for new projects or the customization and enhancement of existing applications, using a variety of programming languages and technologies (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.); • Ensuring business continuity and the availability of the IT infrastructure by minimizing production downtime, preventing user disruptions, and maintaining compliance with GDPR requirements; • Driving the effective implementation of new solutions aimed at automating and optimizing day-to-day operations, in alignment with the company’s strategic priorities; • Creating and maintaining documentation for business tools and IT procedures to facilitate tool adoption, improve user experience, and increase user autonomy.
