Summary

I am looking for a Mobile App developer. Require support with UX/UI, backend services, testing etc. App must be suitable for App Store submission. The app will require user account, location services, notifications and an admin control panel to implement geofencing. App must be professional and operate smoothly. Open to cross platform or IOS only initially. Can provide initial wireframe and user flows, however app will need to be developed from scratch.
