AI Developer / AI Agent Engineer to Build & Ship Production Agentic Workflows

We are a US-based operations-heavy company (about 40 staff) drowning in manual ops, support, and admin work that we are convinced AI should already be handling. We do not want a prototype or a demo. We need a real system running in production 24/7. We are looking for a senior AI Developer who is also a strong Full Stack Developer to take this from idea to production: AI architecture, AI agents, agentic workflows, and a RAG pipeline over our internal docs and knowledge base. You would build the product around it in React / Next.js and Node (NestJS), with Python for the AI pipelines, then deploy and harden everything on AWS with observability, security, and cost optimization.
