We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Voice AI Developer to build an AI-powered outbound calling agent that can automatically call customers, hold natural conversations, gather information, and record results. The system should use modern LLMs and speech technologies to create a human-like voice assistant capable of handling real customer interactions. Responsibilities Build an AI outbound calling agent. Integrate speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and LLMs. Connect the agent to telephony providers for making and receiving calls. Design conversation flows with support for interruptions and natural dialogue. Store call transcripts, recordings, and extracted information. Integrate with CRM or databases. Deploy the solution to production.
