AI Developer Needed to Build a Self-Service Virtual Model Video Generator

We are looking for an experienced AI developer to build a simple system that allows us to independently create photorealistic fictional adult AI models, images, and short videos. We are not looking only for finished content. We need a reusable system that we can operate ourselves. The system should allow us to: Create and save multiple AI characters Maintain the same face and identity Select clothing, background, pose, expression, and camera angle Generate images and image-to-video content Create talking videos with lip-sync Save prompts and generation settings Generate several variations Add new characters independently A simple web dashboard or easy-to-use local interface is preferred. All characters must be fictional adults aged 25+ and must not resemble real people. Content created under this project must remain non-explicit.
