VR Developer Needed

Description: We're seeking an experienced VR developer/3D artist to build a photorealistic, fully immersive VR demonstration of a residential property for client presentation purposes. The final application will be deployed on a Pico Ultra Enterprise headset. At a high level, the project involves: Photorealistic 3D modeling of a residential space (interior and exterior) from provided plans Explorable, multi-level interior navigation in VR Realistic materials, lighting, and finishes Some level of real-time customization (e.g. swappable finish options) Performance-optimized, packaged, and deployed as a standalone VR application Full scope, reference materials, and technical requirements will be shared directly with shortlisted candidates under NDA. Requirements: Demonstrated experience with architectural visualization in VR (portfolio required) Strong skills in Unreal Engine or Unity with photorealistic rendering Experience deploying to standalone VR headsets Experience with runtime material/texture swapping systems Ability to work from architectural plans/blueprints
