Senior VR Developer for Enterprise Immersive Experience (Meta Quest / Unity)

We are seeking a VR specialist to enhance our existing VR experience that highlights the employee journey before and after digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating immersive and engaging VR environments that effectively communicate business processes. The project includes enhancing existing VR content, improving visual quality, optimizing performance, refining interactions, and increasing the overall level of immersion. Important: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a 5-second proof of concept based on a scene from our existing VR experience. This will be used to evaluate visual quality, immersion, technical execution, and creative direction before awarding the full project. Experience with enterprise, industrial, training, or corporate VR applications is strongly preferred over gaming-only experience.
