AI Developer for Interactive AI Avatar Platform

We are developing an AI companion platform centered around an original AI character/ambassador. The idea is to create a web-based experience where the character can talk naturally with users, answer questions in real time, maintain a consistent personality and visual identity, and be adapted to different industries and knowledge bases. We are looking for someone who can help architect and potentially build an MVP of the platform, including the AI logic and knowledge-training system behind it. The platform should allow clients to upload their own documents/data so the AI can be trained or adapted to specific topics while keeping the same core character and personality. Experience with conversational AI, RAG systems, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, AI avatars, voice integration, and modern web app development is highly appreciated. Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, HeyGen Interactive Avatar, React, or Next.js is a plus. Long-term collaboration possible for the right person.
