Developer for Life Insurance Lead Gen CRM + AI Dialer Platform (Ongoing IT Role)

I run a life insurance lead generation and sales platform for independent agents (final expense, veterans life insurance). I need a developer to take over and expand a live app and act as ongoing IT/dev support going forward. What the platform does: Lead buying/routing, agent communications, stripe integrations What I need built/expanded: 1. Group dialer: a shared pool of leads that multiple agents log into and dial from at once. Need an AI dialer capable of running dozens of simultaneous outbound calls (targeting ~50 concurrent dials), qualifying the lead, and live-transferring interested ones to an available agent with call context 2. Large number pool: hundreds of outbound numbers with spam/reputation monitoring and auto-rotation of flagged numbers 3. Lead routing/CRM: leads flow in, get distributed or pulled from a shared pool by state, tracked through a pipeline (new → contacted → interested → appointment → sold/DNC) 4. AI SMS: two-way texting, AI can respond and qualify, with opt-out/DNC compliance built in Appointment booking: AI or agent can book directly onto the agent's calendar from a call or text A2P/10DLC setup: need this registered and configured correctly Our stack: Lovable (React/Vite), Supabase (Postgres, Edge Functions, Realtime), Stripe, Twilio. Who I need: someone with real experience in telephony/dialer systems (predictive/power dialers, Twilio Voice at scale, AI voice agents like VAPI/Bland/Retell), lead distribution/routing logic, and A2P SMS compliance. Insurance or lead-gen industry experience is a strong plus. This is an ongoing relationship, I want someone who can keep building on this long-term.
