AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Systems Developer to help build and manage a growing e-commerce business and its internal operations. This is not a simple chatbot project. We want someone who can help design, build, and maintain AI-powered systems that improve customer service, marketing, reporting, operations, inventory management, and executive decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience working with tools such as OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, QuickBooks, Slack, Gmail, and custom databases. Experience building AI agents, dashboards, workflow automations, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools is highly preferred. Initial projects may include building executive AI assistants, customer service automation, automated reporting, marketing performance dashboards, inventory and forecasting systems, AI-powered content generation, and connecting various software platforms into a centralized operating system. Over time, we would like one person or team to become deeply familiar with the business and serve as our long-term AI and automation partner. We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, not just a developer. You should be comfortable making recommendations, identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and helping prioritize projects that create real business value.
