We are a boutique travel advisory and hotel curation service and help travelers book trips. We're a small, fast-moving team. Everyone who works with us is expected to be detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of owning their work without hand-holding. **THE PROJECT** We are building a booking engine, and we want the frontend to be no-code, separate from our existing WordPress site. This is the primary focus of this engagement. We're looking for a no-code platform that gives us, as a small agency, frontend code independence — meaning our team can make adjustments, iterate, and maintain the site without depending on a developer for every small change. On the backend, we need something robust enough to support API integrations and content with speed and quality, and that allows us to scale as the business grows. You will be handed a fully interactive HTML prototype — built and signed off by the team — that defines every screen, every interaction, the look, the UI/UX, and every piece of copy. Your job is to implement it faithfully on the chosen platform. The scope of design ambiguity is very low. The scope of implementation quality is very high. After the initial build is live and performing, the next phase will involve integrating a bed bank API for direct hotel booking functionality. Experience with API integrations is necessary. **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU** Core requirements: - No-code platform expertise — you are highly proficient in the platform you work with (e.g. Webflow, Framer, Bubble, or similar). You build clean, well-structured projects that are easy to maintain. - Pixel-perfect implementation — you follow a spec and deliver what's in front of you, not your interpretation of it. Small details matter to us. - Custom code when needed — JavaScript or code as needed for the project flow. - API integration experience — the booking engine must work beautifully across all devices and screen sizes, and integrate reliably with third-party APIs. - SEO best practices — you build with clean semantic structure, proper meta tags, alt text, sitemap, and page speed optimization in mind, so the platform is set up to rank well from day one. - Speed and reliability — you communicate proactively, hit your deadlines, and flag problems before they become surprises. Strong plus: - WordPress proficiency — our main site runs on WordPress. We'd value a contractor who can also manage and maintain a WordPress site competently, as a potential ongoing secondary responsibility once the no-code project is complete. - Experience with travel, hospitality, or e-commerce sites — you understand booking flows, payment security, and know what good looks like. - Technical SEO experience specific to travel/booking sites — schema markup for hotels and pricing, structured data, and site architecture for scale. **WHAT THIS IS NOT** This is not a design project. The design, copy, and UX are already defined. We are not looking for someone to redesign anything or offer creative direction unless specifically asked. We need a skilled implementer who can take a detailed spec and build it correctly. This is also not a long-term salaried role — it begins as a project engagement.
