# Developer (Full-Time) We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll build, maintain, and improve internal software systems while collaborating with the Lead Developer to deliver high-quality solutions. Responsibilities • Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. • Build new features based on approved specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and technical issues. • Maintain CRM integrations and support internal software systems. • Test new deployments before release. • Follow version control and development best practices. • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule. Requirements • Strong programming fundamentals. • Experience working with Git or other version control systems. • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently. • Experience with CRM integrations is a plus. • Strong communication and time management skills.
