Development of a Compact Custom Microscope Prototype with PCB, CMOS Sensor, and Wi-Fi Image Output

We are looking for an experienced hardware/electronics and opto-mechanical engineer or team to design and build a compact microscope prototype. The target device size should be approximately: 80 mm × 50 mm × 50 mm maximum The concept includes a compact optical imaging structure with: An LED light source A sample tray/channel where the sample is introduced onto a glass slide A 2 mm ball lens A CMOS image sensor chip Approximate distance of 14–15 mm between the 2 mm ball lens and the CMOS sensor chip Custom PCB design Compact mechanical enclosure/holder Wi-Fi image/video transmission to a mobile app or computer software Recording capability for captured image/video The prototype should be designed as a small custom microscope, not a generic laboratory microscope setup. The device should capture image/video from the CMOS sensor and transmit the output wirelessly via Wi-Fi to either: A mobile application, or Computer software The receiving software should be able to view and record the video/image output. The prototype should also be tested with appropriate micro-scale test samples or particles in the approximate 3–5 µm range.
