Project Overview We are looking for an experienced software developer or development team to design and develop a modern web platform called CIVIC Benchmark. The platform will be a decision-support and financial analysis solution focused on: • Financial benchmarking • Budget monitoring • Multi-year planning • HR analysis • Interactive dashboards • Financial reporting The objective is to build a scalable and modern web application that provides advanced analytics and visualization capabilities for finance and management teams. 2. Existing Prototype A basic desktop prototype currently exists for the Management Benchmark module. The prototype was developed only as a proof of concept (PoC) to validate: • business requirements, • reporting concepts, • filtering capabilities, • and the overall functional vision. The existing prototype should NOT be considered as: • the final architecture, • the final UI/UX, • or the final technical approach. Developers are encouraged to propose: • a better architecture, • modern technologies, • improved UI/UX concepts, • optimized reporting strategies, • scalable implementation approaches, • and innovative ideas for the platform. The objective is to build a professional, scalable and modern platform rather than reproduce the current prototype. A short demonstration video and screenshots of the current prototype are available only to illustrate: • CSV/Excel import, • filtering capabilities, • and basic reporting concepts. The current prototype does not include: • advanced dashboards, • charts, • modern UI/UX, • or the complete vision of the future platform. Developers are expected to propose improved concepts and professional approaches for the final solution. 3. Main Functional Areas The platform should be structured around three major functional modules: 1. Management Benchmark Module 2. Budget Forecasting & Multi-Year Planning Module 3. Human Resources (HR) Analysis Module 3.1 Management Benchmark Module Objective This module will provide visual and interactive dashboards to monitor financial performance and budget consumption. Required Features Interactive Dashboard The system should include: • Pie charts • Gauge indicators • Trend charts • Financial KPIs • Expense vs Revenue charts • Budget consumption indicators • Interactive data visualization Dashboard Personalization Users should be able to: • Select indicators to display • Add/remove widgets • Save personalized dashboards • Filter data dynamically • Configure custom views This feature is considered a major value-added capability of the platform.
