Developmental Editor for Novel (Fiction)

I'm looking for a developmental editor/story consultant to help me strengthen my novel. I need someone who can provide feedback on plot, pacing, character development, scene structure, and overall story direction. I'm also looking for someone to help me work through writer's block by brainstorming ideas, asking questions, and helping me solve story problems. I'm not looking for a ghostwriter. I want to write the novel myself. I'm looking for a collaborative partner who can help me develop the story and keep me moving forward without writing the book for me. Budget is negotiable depending on experience and what you bring to the table. I'm ideally looking for a partner/mentor and I want us both to be happy with the working relationship.
