Dialogflow Developer for Award-Winning Feminist Audio Bot Project #SOPHYGRAY

Overview We are seeking a developer with strong experience in Google Dialogflow to help expand and improve #SOPHYGRAY, an internationally exhibited and award-winning feminist audio bot. The project is already fully functional as a web-based application and is currently available in the iOS App Store. The core system consists of a Dialogflow backend and a curated database of more than 10,000 feminist responses developed by over 50 contributors. This is primarily a Dialogflow project, not a mobile app development project. Website: https://www.sophygray.com Main Task (Phase 1) Integrate a generative AI model (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar) into the existing Dialogflow workflow via webhook into the default response. Goals: • Keep the existing Dialogflow knowledge base as the primary source • Trigger generative AI only when no suitable answer exists • Ensure generated responses remain aligned with the feminist character and content of project • Return the conversation to the curated knowledge base whenever possible Required experience: • Dialogflow • Webhooks/API integrations • LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) • Prompt engineering • RAG or knowledge-grounded chat systems Phase 2 (Optional) Develop a workflow that converts PDFs and e-books into Dialogflow-compatible question-and-answer entries. The goal is to automate content expansion while preserving the style and structure of the existing library. Phase 3 (Optional) Debugging, optimization, and improvements to the existing Dialogflow system. Phase 4 (Only if Needed) If the Dialogflow changes require updates to the existing applications: • Update and republish the iOS app • Explore bringing the Android version back to Google Play Store Please note that app development is not the primary focus of this project.
