Digital Accessibility & Inclusive UX Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Digital Accessibility & Inclusive UX Specialist to support the design and improvement of inclusive digital platforms and job-matching solutions. The role focuses on ensuring that digital products are accessible and usable for persons with disabilities, women, youth, and forcibly displaced populations across different literacy levels, languages, and device environments. Key Responsibilities • Conduct accessibility audits for web and mobile platforms in line with WCAG 2.2 AA standards. • Perform usability testing using assistive technologies, including screen readers, switch devices, and voice input. • Provide practical recommendations to improve user interfaces, content accessibility, and information architecture. • Train platform teams on accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles. • Contribute to the development of KPIs and monitoring frameworks for accessibility and inclusion outcomes. Required Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in digital accessibility, UX, or inclusive design. • Hands-on experience conducting WCAG and EN 301 549 accessibility audits. • Strong familiarity with assistive technologies and inclusive usability testing. • Knowledge of the Washington Group disability measurement approach. • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications • IAAP CPACC and/or WAS certification. • Experience working with Arabic-language digital platforms. • Previous experience supporting development-sector digital products, such as employment platforms, e-government services, or fintech solutions for underserved communities.
