Digital Brand & Content Manager Location: Remote (U.S. preferred, but open to exceptional candidates) Type: Part-Time with Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time About Me Hello there, I’m an Evolutionary Astrologer, television personality, speaker, educator, and content creator with an expanding media presence across television, podcasts, speaking engagements, and digital platforms. As my business continues to grow, I’m looking for a talented and proactive Digital Brand & Content Manager who wants to become a long-term member of the team. This role is much more than social media management. I’m looking for someone who understands branding, visual storytelling, content strategy, design, and audience growth—someone who enjoys helping build a meaningful, recognizable, and professional brand. Position Overview As the Digital Brand & Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of my digital presence. Your role is to help ensure every public-facing touchpoint reflects the quality, professionalism, and vision of the brand. You’ll help transform ideas into engaging content while maintaining consistency across every platform. Primary Responsibilities Content Strategy • Help develop a long-term content strategy. • Brainstorm creative ideas for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and future platforms. • Identify trends that align with the brand without sacrificing authenticity. • Repurpose long-form content into multiple pieces of short-form content. Video Editing • Edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube videos, interviews, podcast clips, and television appearances. • Create platform-specific edits optimized for engagement. • Add captions, graphics, transitions, and motion design where appropriate. • Organize and maintain a library of video assets. Graphic Design • Design Instagram carousel posts. • Create promotional graphics. • Develop branded templates. • Design stories and announcements. • Produce graphics for launches, events, workshops, and speaking engagements. • Maintain a cohesive premium visual identity. Social Media Management • Schedule and publish content. • Write or assist with captions. • Maintain the content calendar. • Optimize posting schedules. • Monitor platform performance. • Recommend improvements based on analytics. Website Management • Keep the website current with television appearances, media features, podcasts, speaking engagements, blog posts, and services. • Update landing pages for launches and events. • Refresh imagery and graphics as needed. • Ensure the website accurately reflects the current direction of the brand. • Coordinate with a web developer if larger technical changes are needed. Brand Stewardship One of your most important responsibilities will be protecting and elevating the brand. You’ll help ensure consistency across: • Website • Instagram • TikTok • Facebook • YouTube • LinkedIn • Email marketing • Promotional materials • Visual identity • Brand voice Every interaction someone has with the business should feel intentional, polished, and consistent. Qualifications I’m looking for someone who has experience in several of the following: • Social media management • Video editing • Graphic design • Content marketing • Branding • Content strategy • Website management • Copywriting • Analytics • Digital marketing Experience with personal brands, educators, speakers, coaches, media personalities, or thought leaders is strongly preferred. Software Experience Experience with several of these platforms is preferred: • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe Creative Suite • CapCut • Canva • Final Cut Pro • Figma • WordPress, Squarespace, or Webflow • Later, Buffer, Metricool, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling platforms The Ideal Person You are: • Exceptionally organized. • Creative and self-motivated. • Detail-oriented. • A strong communicator. • Comfortable taking initiative. • Excited to contribute ideas. • Reliable and professional. • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Interested in building something long-term rather than completing isolated freelance projects.
