This is not an influencer, branding, or social media personality position. We are building a professional educational platform that helps federal employees understand their retirement and benefits. We are looking for someone who enjoys building organized content systems and educational resources, not chasing viral trends. Digital Content Manager (Part-Time) We are building a long-term educational platform serving federal employees approaching retirement. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Digital Content Manager who enjoys taking expert content and turning it into a consistent, professional online presence. This is not a content writing position. You will not be expected to become a federal benefits expert. Instead, your role is to help multiply educational content that is already created by our subject matter expert using AI tools and modern content workflows. Initial Schedule Approximately 10 hours per week. Long-term growth opportunity available for the right person. Responsibilities Content Operations Upload and format articles on WordPress Publish and organize educational resources Maintain the Federal Benefits & Retirement Learning Center Organize our content library Video Operations Upload YouTube videos Write descriptions Add chapters Organize playlists Embed videos into website pages Social Media Create and schedule educational posts Manage LinkedIn and Facebook publishing Create and publish "Federal Benefits Minute" educational clips Maintain a consistent publishing schedule AI Content Production Using AI and approved workflows: Generate article drafts from transcripts Create newsletter drafts Create FAQs Create social media posts Create checklists Prepare all content for editorial review Editorial Operations Maintain editorial calendar Track recording schedule Organize drafts Track annual content updates Coordinate publishing deadlines Ideal Candidate You are: Extremely organized Detail-oriented Comfortable learning new software Experienced with AI tools Comfortable working independently Strong communicator Interested in building long-term systems Experience with financial services is NOT required. Required Skills WordPress YouTube LinkedIn Facebook Canva ChatGPT or similar AI tools Basic SEO Excellent written English Project management To Apply Please include: Examples of websites you currently manage.
