Digital Ecosystem VA – Funnel Builder, Community Manager & Social Media Specialist

I'm an author and entrepreneur with a fully developed digital ecosystem that needs to be built out and connected — not strategized. The strategy is done. I need someone who can execute. This role starts as a project-based buildout and transitions into an ongoing part-time position (~10–15 hours/week) for the right person. Long-term, this becomes a community management and social media role with consistent monthly work. --- What you'll be working on: Phase 1 — Build Setting up and connecting the backend infrastructure of my digital brand: email funnels, automation flows, lead capture systems, and platform integrations — all working together so my audience moves from discovery to purchase without me in the middle of every step. Phase 2 — Manage (ongoing) Once the ecosystem is live, you'll manage my Skool community, handle social media scheduling and engagement, and keep the funnel running and growing month over month. --- The core platforms you must know: Simplero — this is non-negotiable, but it is straightforward to use. If you have a basic understanding of HTML and experience building landing pages, you'll be able to work in Simplero with support from our designer and developer. Samples of landing pages you've built using HTML are a strong plus. Note: if design work is needed beyond your skill set, we will bring in a separate designer. ManyChat — building comment triggers, DM flows with button logic, keyword routing, story poll automation, and in-DM email capture Zapier — connecting Simplero and other platforms in our stack; you need to be comfortable building and troubleshooting Zaps across multiple tools Skool — my content and community are hosted on Skool; experience managing a Skool community (posting, member engagement, onboarding, moderation) is required for the ongoing phase Canva — light design work for content and funnel assets YouTube — uploading, writing descriptions, adding chapters, scheduling, and basic SEO --- Additional skills that will make you stand out: Experience with affiliate program setup and management Familiarity with PWA or app store product listings Comfort working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to draft copy, generate assets, and speed up execution Instagram content scheduling, cross-posting, and community engagement Experience as a social media manager for a personal brand or creator --- How you'll work: I communicate primarily via voice memo. I will give you direction in audio and expect you to convert it into clean, structured action. You need to be a self-starter who can take a detailed brief and execute without constant check-ins. Strong written English is required for copy QA and community management. --- You are NOT right for this role if: You have no experience building landing pages or email funnels You treat every task as an opportunity to propose a different platform You need daily supervision to stay on track You're only available for a one-time project — we want someone who wants to grow with the brand --- To apply, please: 1.
