Digital Growth & Lead Generation Specialist- SEO & Growth Strategy

We are looking for an experienced Digital Growth / Lead Generation Specialist who can help us consistently generate qualified leads and develop new digital marketing strategies. This is not a social-media-posting position. We want someone who understands how to build and optimize a complete customer-acquisition system. What We’re Looking For Experience with: Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads Google Ads / PPC SEO and local SEO Google Business Profile optimization Landing pages and conversion optimization Retargeting campaigns Lead tracking and attribution CRM / marketing automation Email and SMS follow-up Competitive research AI-assisted marketing and emerging digital channels Most importantly, we want someone who can bring new ideas rather than simply waiting for us to tell them what campaigns to run. Your Role You will help us: Identify the best digital channels for acquiring customers Develop and launch paid advertising campaigns Improve organic Google visibility Build or recommend high-converting landing pages Create retargeting and follow-up strategies Track leads from first click through conversion Analyze cost per lead and cost per acquisition Test new offers, messaging, audiences, and platforms Identify opportunities our competitors are missing We are interested in measurable business growth, not vanity metrics such as followers, impressions, or likes.
