We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Digital Growth & Social Media Traffic Specialist who knows how to manipulate social algorithms, build engaged communities, and drive hyper-targeted traffic to premium funnels. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Platform Distribution: Manage organic growth and distribution across Reddit, X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok. Reddit Growth Hacking: Execute an aggressive daily posting strategy across targeted niche communities, ensuring strict compliance with individual community guidelines to avoid spam flags. Short-Form Video Management: Repurpose raw client media into high-converting IG Reels, TikToks, and X video posts utilizing viral audio and algorithmic trends. Funnel Optimization: Strategically position bio links and call-to-actions (CTAs) to maximize the conversion rate from a social media view to a landing page subscriber. Tracking & Data Analysis: Utilize custom tracking links to monitor which subreddits, platforms, and content styles are driving the highest ROI, adjusting the strategy daily based on performance. Requirements: Proven Growth Track Record: Deep experience growing accounts and driving outbound link clicks on Reddit, X, and Instagram. (Be prepared to show case studies or past metrics). Algorithmic Mastery: An intuitive understanding of how the Reddit hot algorithm, X engagement loops, and TikTok/IG FYP loops function. Content Repurposing: Basic video/image editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.) to optimize raw content for different platform formats.
