Digital Illustrator + Drawing Instructor Needed for Step-by-Step Drawing Tutorial Images

I need a digital artist / drawing instructor to create step-by-step drawing tutorial images from finished artwork. I will provide the final/original image. You will break it down into clear drawing steps, showing how to build the artwork from basic shapes and construction lines to the final drawing. ***Please see the attached PDF for examples of the expected style and quality. This is bulk work for around 100 simple to medium artworks, such as animals, hands, simple portraits, anime/chibi characters, and basic objects. The work will be done by milestones, starting with a paid test and then 10-artwork batches. This is not just tracing. I need someone who understands construction drawing, proportions, sketching, and beginner-friendly art instruction. Deliverables per artwork * 5-14 step images, depending on complexity * Transparent PNG files * Same canvas size for all steps * Files named step_001.png, step_002.png, etc. * Clear construction lines and logical drawing progression * No watermarks or software screenshots * No AI-generated artifacts For portraits/heads, Loomis-style construction is welcome, but the project also includes other subjects. Milestone 1 : ~$100 (10 artworks) 
We will start with a paid test for 1 artwork. If the quality is good, we will continue in batches of 10 artworks. Please apply with examples of drawing tutorials, construction sketches, or step-by-step art breakdowns you have made.
