Digital Illustrator Needed – Realistic Character Lip-Sync Set for Web App

We are looking for a digital illustrator with experience in realistic character illustration to recreate a set of images of a female character used in a web interface to simulate speech, alternating between frames according to audio output. The current problem is that the images were generated with AI and when alternated during audio playback, the transitions between frames appear abrupt and inconsistent due to subtle differences in position, lighting, and facial features between one image and another. The key requirement is that when the images are rendered at high speed, they produce a smooth and natural transition effect. We are attaching the 12 images we currently use and a sample video so you can see the current state before applying. **What we need** • Recreate the existing character as a realistic illustration, based on the reference images we are attaching, keeping the appearance as faithful as possible • Between 6 and 10 variations with different mouth positions (visemes), maintaining absolute consistency in overall position, lighting, facial features, clothing, and background • Consistency across images is the critical requirement of this project **Who we are looking for** • Demonstrable experience illustrating realistic characters with facial detail, similar to the one we use • Proven ability to maintain visual consistency across multiple variations of the same character • Experience with digital avatars or characters with expression/mouth variations is a plus **Process and delivery** We will work in phases: first the base illustration and one test variation to validate before proceeding with the full set.
