A U.S.-based financial education and personal development company seeks an experienced Digital Launch Project Manager for a short-term, remote contract. Our upcoming July launch is already well underway. The core funnels and campaign copy already exist, and an external partner team is managing key backend systems and deliverables. Many major deliverables are already complete. We are not looking for someone to build a funnel, create a launch strategy, write campaign copy, manage paid ads, design assets, or personally run every part of the launch. Instead, we need a proactive project management partner who can step into a launch already in motion, keep key work organized, coordinate moving parts, and help us execute smoothly. This role is focused on project management, coordination, quality control, participant-journey readiness, and live-event support. Core Responsibilities Project Management and Coordination: Review existing assets and project status, track deadlines, manage dependencies, and clarify task ownership between our internal team and external partner team. Quality Control: Review the participant journey and help verify key touchpoints, including registration links, reminder sequences, access details, attendance touchpoints, replay pages, calls to action, and conversion tracking. Cross-Team Coordination: Maintain visibility across key deliverables, follow up on open items, identify unclear handoffs, and raise time-sensitive concerns early. Facebook Community Readiness: Coordinate readiness of the event’s Facebook community in partnership with an existing social media team member. Help clarify ownership, track setup deadlines, confirm participant access, verify key communications and links, and ensure the community is ready to support the live-event experience. This role is not expected to independently build a long-term community strategy or personally manage all ongoing social media content. Live Event Support: Provide operational and coordination support during our live online events to help create a smooth experience for participants and allow the lead expert to remain focused on teaching. This is not a one-person launch role. You will not be expected to personally complete every task or take over the responsibilities of existing team members and partners. Required Live Availability You must have focused availability to provide live support on all five dates: Monday, July 20: Masterclass Wednesday, July 22: Masterclass Sunday, July 26: Online Intensive, Day 1 Monday, July 27: Online Intensive, Day 2 Tuesday, July 28: Online Intensive, Day 3 Please apply only if you can provide live support on all five dates. Payment Structure $1,250 upfront $1,250 upon completion of the agreed project scope Total fixed project fee: $2,500 Candidate Profile We are looking for someone with: Direct experience managing webinars, masterclasses, multi-day challenges, online intensives, or live digital launches. Strong understanding of the online participant journey, including registration, reminders, live attendance, community access, replays, calls to action, and follow-up. Strong project management skills, including deadline tracking, dependency management, task ownership, and cross-team coordination. Clear communication skills and experience identifying missing handoffs or technical risks before they affect participants. The ability to verify key areas of readiness directly while coordinating respectfully with internal and external team members. Experience with common project management, webinar, email marketing, online event, and community platforms is helpful. We care more about your judgment, communication, and relevant launch experience than familiarity with one specific software tool. How to Apply Please submit a concise proposal and confirm: Your immediate availability to begin. Your availability for all five live dates listed above. Your acceptance of the $2,500 fixed project fee and payment structure. Finalists will be invited to a short, practical conversation about a sample launch scenario. This will help us understand how you prioritize, communicate, and identify potential gaps. No preparation or unpaid take-home project work will be required. If you are experienced in live digital programs, communicate proactively, and enjoy bringing structure to projects already in motion, we encourage you to apply.
