As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to expand our digital presence, strengthen brand engagement, and drive growth across e-commerce, tours, and community initiatives. Role Overview The part-time Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute Made with Love’s digital marketing efforts across all channels, helping grow brand awareness, customer engagement, e-commerce sales, and tour bookings. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer who enjoys both big-picture planning and hands-on execution. You will oversee social media, content creation, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising, website optimization, and customer acquisition initiatives, while continuously identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence, improve conversions, and drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and brand goals Lead social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement across all major platforms Oversee content creation including short-form video, photography direction, captions, and storytelling Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and customer segmentation Maintain and optimize website content, product pages, and tour booking pages Implement SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content development Plan and manage Google Ads and paid social advertising campaigns, including budgeting and optimization Build and optimize marketing funnels for product sales and tour bookings Monitor performance analytics and reporting across all channels (traffic, conversions, ROAS, CAC) Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) through testing landing pages, ads, and emails Explore and expand into new acquisition channels where relevant (e.g., travel platforms, marketplaces) Qualifications 3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce, travel, lifestyle, or artisan brands Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe tools Video creation or editing experience Experience with email marketing and automation tools Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Proven SEO and organic growth experience Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action Strong storytelling and communication abilities Experience in tourism, experiential travel, or artisan goods Key Success Metrics Growth in website traffic and organic search visibility Increased conversion rates for product and tour bookings Improved email engagement and revenue attribution Lower customer acquisition costs across paid channels Growth in social media engagement and audience quality Increased tour bookings and repeat customer rates
