We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Affiliate Program Specialist to help grow our AI education platform by creating and managing an effective affiliate and referral system. Our platform offers AI educational guides and courses for individuals interested in AI data annotation, AI training, and remote AI work. Responsibilities: -Improve the customer journey to increase conversions. -Set up or optimize an affiliate/referral program. -Create a scalable commission structure and referral process. -Implement the best tools and automation for tracking referrals and sales. -Develop a strategy for recruiting affiliates and partners. -Use effective marketing channels to increase course sales. Requirements: Proven experience building affiliate or referral programs. Experience with digital product sales and online courses. Strong knowledge of conversion optimization and sales funnels. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation is a plus. Familiarity with platforms such as Lovable, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Gumroad, ThriveCart, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar is an advantage. Excellent communication skills.
