Digital Marketing Agency Partner/Operator – 30% Profit Share

I am looking for an experienced digital marketing professional or small marketing team to help run my digital marketing agency from A to Z. This is not a traditional hourly freelance position. I am looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day marketing operations, client acquisition, campaign management, and growth of the agency. I am offering 30% of the agency’s profit as a performance-based partnership opportunity. What You Will Be Responsible For You and your team would be responsible for managing and growing the agency, including: * Developing digital marketing strategies for U.S. clients * Finding and acquiring new clients * Lead generation and sales * Facebook & Instagram advertising * Google Ads * SEO * Social media marketing and management * Content strategy and creation * Email marketing * Website/landing-page optimization * Client communication and account management * Marketing analytics and reporting * Developing new marketing services/packages * Using AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, advertising, research, and automation * Building systems and processes so the agency can scale Who I Am Looking For You MUST have: * Proven experience working with the U.S. market * A strong track record in digital marketing * Experience generating leads and acquiring paying clients * Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads * Strong understanding of SEO and social media marketing * Strong AI knowledge and experience using AI marketing tools * Ability to use AI to automate and improve agency operations * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently and take ownership * A results-oriented mindset Small Team Preferred I strongly prefer someone who already has a small, experienced team. For example, you may already have people who specialize in: * Paid advertising * SEO * Content/social media * Graphic/video design * Lead generation * Client management You don’t necessarily need to do everything personally if you have a reliable team that can execute. Compensation 30% PROFIT SHARE This is a performance-based opportunity. I am looking for a long-term business relationship where we can grow the agency together. As the agency grows and generates more profit, your earning potential grows with it. This is ideal for someone who wants to build something bigger than a typical freelance contract.
