📣 Marketing Assistant – Meta Ads, Email Marketing & General Admin Part-time | 5–10 hrs/week | $5–10/hr | Immediate Start About the Role: We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented marketing assistant to join us on an ongoing basis. You'll help manage and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns, assist with email marketing, and handle general marketing admin tasks. We're looking for someone to start immediately, with the potential to grow into a longer-term retainer arrangement as we scale. What You'll Be Doing: - Assisting with Meta Ads — scheduling, uploading creatives, monitoring performance, and basic reporting - Supporting email marketing campaigns — drafting copy, scheduling sends, managing lists - General marketing admin — organising assets, updating trackers, coordinating tasks, light research - Communicating clearly and consistently with our team What We're Looking For: - Fluent English — written and spoken (non-negotiable) - An active, long-standing personal Facebook profile (required — you'll need access to Meta Business tools) - Highly organised with strong attention to detail - Reliable communicator who meets deadlines and takes initiative - Some marketing experience is a bonus, but not required — attitude and work ethic matter most Nice to Have: - Familiarity with Meta Business Manager or Ads Manager - Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, etc.) - Basic Canva or graphic design skills - Basic ChatGPT, Claude, prompting skills The Details: - Hours: 5–10 hrs/week to start - Rate: $5–10/hr depending on experience - Start: Immediate - Potential for ongoing retainer as the role grows To Apply, Please Include: - A brief intro about yourself and your background - Confirmation that you have an active, long-standing personal Facebook account - Your availability and timezone - Any relevant marketing samples or past work (optional but preferred)
