Digital Marketing Campaign Contractor

We are looking for an experienced independent contractor to manage our end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels and support our Marketing Strategist. The work includes campaign design, execution, management, and reporting. To begin with you will work in collaboration with the Marketing team to provide the campaign schedule, follow established processes, and collaborate through regular check‑ins. Proven experience running full‑funnel marketing campaigns and strong proficiency with HubSpot are essential. Familiarity with Smartlead, Expandi, LinkedIn, Trello, Eventbrite, and social scheduling tools is a plus. The ideal contractor is highly organized, detail‑oriented, confident in writing clear and compelling copy, and comfortable interpreting campaign data to provide actionable recommendations. Deliverables- 1. Campaign timing and planning
- Establish campaign timelines (30/60/90-day structures).
- Maintain the Excel campaign planning sheet.
- Populate and manage the campaign Trello card with all required details.
- 2. Campaign design
- Define target audiences, channels, tools, and campaign objectives.
- Outline content strategy and identify required assets.
- Build the campaign inside HubSpot.
- Add all tasks, activities, and due dates to the Trello card.
- 3. Campaign execution
- Creating segmented lists.
- Drafting email communications.
- Drafting LinkedIn posts and coordinating graphics.
- Drafting posts for additional social platforms.
- Creating events in Eventbrite.
- Building landing pages.
- Updating website content ot banners.
- Creating supporting materials (e.g., one-pagers).
- Updating meeting schedule pages.
- Preparing internal team notifications about campaign launches.
- 4. Campaign management
- Set up campaigns in HubSpot, Smartlead, Expandi, and social platforms.
- Upload lists and ensure correct segmentation.
- Schedule LinkedIn posts.
- Share test emails/,messages for review.
- Review inboxes daily and ensure responses are handled appropriately.
- Monitor technical campaign performance every 2-3 days (bounces, deliverability, etc.).
- Join weekly check-ins to refine campaigns based on performance data.
- 5. Campaign reporting
- Present campaign reporting in bi-weekly meetings.
- Produce a full campaign report one week after campaign completion, including data from HubSpot, Smartlead, Expandi, Hotjar, LinkedIn, and other relevant tools.
