Seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Client Engagement Manager to oversee our online presence, strengthen our reputation, and increase customer engagement for an established Dog Grooming Salon. This role is responsible for managing all digital assets, social media platforms, online reviews, website updates, local SEO, and marketing campaigns while ensuring our brand reflects the exceptional care and service we provide. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about growing a local business through strategic marketing and community engagement. Primary Responsibilities Digital Asset Management * Maintain ownership and organization of all digital assets. * Manage website, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and additional online directories. * Maintain secure account access, passwords, and two-factor authentication. * Ensure consistency of business information (Name, Address, Phone Number) across all online platforms. * Coordinate website updates and monitor overall website functionality. Website & SEO * Monitor website health, including: * Mobile responsiveness * Broken links * Contact forms * Loading speed * Improve local SEO rankings. * Optimize Google Business Profile for increased visibility. * Monitor search rankings and recommend improvements. Reputation Management * Monitor online reviews daily. * Respond professionally to all customer reviews. * Address customer concerns promptly. * Encourage satisfied clients to leave reviews. * Track review ratings and customer sentiment. * Develop strategies to increase positive online engagement. Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms, including: * Facebook * Instagram * Google Business Profile * Other platforms as needed Responsibilities include: * 3–4 social media posts per week * Educational pet care content * Grooming transformations * Seasonal promotions * Client appreciation posts * Community involvement * Promotional campaigns * Reels, stories, and trending content * Photography and video coordination Marketing & Community Engagement Develop and manage marketing initiatives such as: * Referral reward programs * Pet of the Month features * Customer appreciation campaigns * Community contests * Educational content * Promotional events * Holiday campaigns * Customer loyalty programs Research and recommend additional opportunities to increase customer retention and new client acquisition. Analytics & Reporting Provide monthly reports including: * Social media growth * Website traffic * Review activity * Customer engagement * Campaign performance * Recommendations for future improvements Brand Management Ensure consistency of: * Brand messaging * Voice and tone * Visual identity * Customer communication * Marketing materials Maintain Shaggy Dog Grooming’s reputation as the premier cage-free, stress-free grooming salon. Additional Responsibilities * Monitor competitors and industry trends. * Research new marketing opportunities and emerging social media trends. * Maintain organized digital files and marketing assets. * Collaborate with the owner on promotions and business initiatives. * Assist with customer communication when needed. * Recommend improvements to customer experience and online engagement.
